The TabajaraHost is an alternative to the FreeHost, that is useable with the same FreeHostLauncher but on a different IP. It was developed in Brazil by an international team and was made initially independent of RFH (russian FreeHost) or Itmo's java server; but according the way it was evolved, franz- (the Programmer Officer) got a lot of help from RFH developers.

This arena is similar to iEN's and Russian's Warbirds FreeHost. It was made based in Russian's rules, and was intended to have all features as possible they have done (and more).

You can play in our server getting the files at Download page.

If you want to try TH, you can get the actual IP of TabajaraHost at our section at FH Forum at http://forum.wbfree.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=67 Just add it to your FH Launcher at "add IP" button.


Contents

Russian features we implemented:

  • .field: get fields information;
  • .pos [channel]: show your position to given channel even private (vib);

Our new features:

  • .whoare: get a list of who are hearing given channel;
  • .listavail [f#]: get a list of available planes of given field;
  • .info: get users info;
  • .wings [1,2,3,0]: start flying with drone wingmans;
  • .nextarena: show next arena name and when it will change;
  • .shanghai: used in instruction flight, your vision will be attached to instructor vision;
  • .masterview: when using .shanghai, frees/locks apprentice view;
  • .tanks [fx]: start a 2 tanks, 1 AAA jeep and 1 Katyusha convoy to attack a given field;
  • .thanks -nick- -nick- -nick- rewarding scort pilots with 10% of value points of a bomber mission each.
    • .thanks franz- franz- vibora - 20% of your last sortee score are transferred to franz-, 10% to vibora.
    • .thanks vibora - 10% of your last sortee score are transferred to vibora.
    • .thanks vibora vibora vibora - 30% of your last sortee score are transferred to vibora.
  • .changecvroute <az> In scenarios its possible "drive" the CVs and submarines.
  • .pos <channel> Type it at radio and a follow message will be sent to all pilots tunned at that given channel: "vibora: i'm at 5.5.3.3 angels33(10000m) heading to N(0)" or when you type ".pos 110", the same msg will be sent only to your squad, the same for channels 100, 101, 103 or private channel...
    • pos -nick- reports your position to player, but also reports position of that -nick- if -nick- is your squadman.
  • Emulated collisions: You won't die alone anymore if you collide with someone, you will have a chance to bail out;
  • Friendly collision: be more careful in furballs (enable after takeoff);
  • TK status wich means: If you play a badboy and shoot friends or friendly structures you will got a (TK) stamp, that allow your countrymates erase you from the skyes w/o penalties.
  • Contrails: when you are in high altitudes, there will be a condensation trail behind your airplane; (20000ft standard)
  • Kamikase effect: if you crashes over a target, it will be damaged (alemao's straffe :-));
  • CVs and its fleets can now perform complex evasives manouvres, in order to stimulates the use of dive bombers to blow it up, as was done at RL, instead old straight level bomb style cv sink.
  • Human gunners: you can be a human gunner of a bomber or fighter piloted by other player
  • On-board radar (after 1944 in some planes);
  • Radio alerts: all country will be warned when a field is being attacked (if radio hut is up);
  • Night flights;
  • Reduced icons range in night flights;
  • Ammunition types: penetrative, incendiary, explosive and delayed explosive shells; (but in present time host controlled) /feature is outdated and removed from plans since DM of exec is used/
  • RPS with field's limited stock of planes;
  • Mapcycle: each TOD will have an epoch and a map. 12 terrains availlble. planes availlable by TO (ETO, PTO, ATO... meanning: no zero in Europe nor 262 at Pacific)
  • AutoBann® At TH, BugAbuse® and cheat are punished with summary bann (transparent cockpits, for example)
  • AutoKick® here,if you are at Tower more that 120 secs doing nothing, as one spy, for example, you will be invited to leave for a while.
  • LanParty announce. every two players sharing same IP will be detected and announce at CH 100, It is not a crime, of course, but all people deserves to know when more than one pilot is sharing IP, to avoid spys.
  • For trainning issues was introduced the command .restore f# wich automatically reups structures at given field.

Differences between FH and TH:

Collision

  • FH Basically: if you collide, died! Adios! Arrivederti! Sayonara! Bye bye!
  • TH When 2 (or more pilots, we never know ) collide, exist 2 possibilities in 3 of the pilot to survive to a collision. This means that you it will be able to see the effect of a collision, and you it will have a time to jump.

Friendly Colision

Collision with some airplane that flies the same for side.

CV-Fields-AI behaviour

CV Attacks CV

  • FH Two enemy CVs close shoots (It’s acks) at the pilots at deck.
  • TH When 2 enemy CVs are close, they attack each other with bomb salvos . So the fragments of explosions can reach pilots at deck.

CV’s Field Attack

  • FH CVs lightly attack close enemy Field.
  • TH CVs vaporizes enemy fields at determined range (50000fts standard)

Alert on Enemy Attack

  • TH When an enemy attacks one of the allied fields, if the radio of the field will not be destroyed, - HOST- will inform for all of the ally side that is occurring an attack.

  • TH The TH bomber pilot has the option to be folloied by 2 wingmen. You still have the possibility to choose the formation of them. (Before taking off, .wings # - value 1,2,3,4,0 for other formations)

Ground Units

Commandos

  • FH In the FHR exists only one commando for transport airplane. It does not have distance limits to launch it.
  • TH Infinite commandos for cargo airplane, being able to launch 1 for time. After it finishes the mission, you will be able to launch another one.

It has a distance limit to launch it (HOST does not allow): nor very far, nor very close, so that acks does not kill our Rambo.

Jeep

  • FH Armament: 25mm.Speed: 40 Km/h.
  • TH Armament: 20mm.Speed: 40 Km/h and 60Km/h.

.hmack: command given in tower, you enters in cockpit of hmack..hmack run: Jeep makes its to walk. In the TH, when the command is set in motion one more time, active the speed of 60km/h..hmack stop: Jeep makes its to stop.

.hmack <angle>: Jeep make turn to angle direction (Ex: 180 = go South)

Tank

  • FH Armament: 75mm.Speed: 40 Km/h.
  • TH Armament: 75mm.Speed: 40 Km/h and 60Km/h.

.tank: command given in tower, you enters in cockpit of the tank..tank run: It makes its tank to walk. In the TH, when the command is set in motion one more time, active the speed of 60km/h..tank stop: It makes its tank to stop.

.tank <angle>:tank make turn to angle direction (Ex: 90 = go East)

Column

  • TH Each column has: two tanks (75mm), a Katyusha (3x16-RS132), and a JeepAAA.

The command to set in motion the convoy is .tanks fxx. Obs: After launch, the column is controlled for the HOST.

Acks

  • FH Determined to be able of fire, sufficient for more experienced people in attacks jabo to obtain to disembarass without dying.

Number of soldiers to capture one field

Duration of 1 virtual month in the reality

Rotation of Maps

  • FH A ToD endures approximately 1 month, and each ToD is a map. They are basically 3 maps that more are used.
  • TH A ToD possesss 8-9 maps. Each map will be in agreement the scene in the real war.

Determined places they had had more activity of war, during determined times. Thus we decide in the TabajaraHost which map and how much time would be inside of a ToD.

RPS

  • FH But one forms to qualify the airplanes, for all the maps. Except some excessions.
  • TH Airplanes in agreement the theater of operations. Not it will be able to have zeros in Europe nor 262 in the Pacific, for example.

System of Score

  • FH Separate Score for Fighter and Bomber. Each kill, assist, ack, building has determined weight that will form the Fighter addition, flying with airplanes Fighters, or the Bomber addition, with Bombers airplanes.
  • TH Scores subdivided. 3 Groups: Fighter (hunter and Jabo), Bomber (Bombing and Troops), Ground (ground Artillery). All they are weighed in an only addition, with emphasis in score to bomber, originating one score general. When a Fighter airplane executes a jabo attack, will be scored in Jabo subscore. When a Fighter makes kills, will be scored at Fighter subscore. When a Bomber destroys targets, will be scored at Bomber score. When a Bomber captures fields, will be scored at Capture subscore. When one hmack or hmtank knocks down an enemy, will be scored at Terrestrial Artillery subscore.

Availlability of the Airplanes in Map (RPS)

Radar
